Demos & Self Defense
Demonstrations
We offer demonstrations for public events, businesses, and groups in the community. Groups that Demos are popular for are Scouts, Fairs, School Cultural activities, Gym classes, and Assisted Living centers.
Demonstrations include basic techniques, exciting fight scenes, weapons, breaking, Patterns, and kids just having fun doing martial arts. Depending on what you are looking for we can also include the audience by teaching some intro to Tae Kwon Do or Self Defense.
Self Defense Seminars
We offer self defense for a range of ages and situations.
- Classes are geared for individial groups
- Basic courses for young children helping them deal with bullies (without fighting).
- Serious discussions and awareness drills for High Schoolers and Adults.
Our experience working with groups from the Military to Kindergarteners allows us to offer something for everyone.
Adult Self Defense Classes
During adult classes we discuss some of the ways people can defend ourselves mentally as well as physically. Making smart choices and empowering people with confidence. Seminars cover basic practical techniques; Including, Escapes, Stand up Striking (Punching /Kicking), and on the ground techniques. “What if this happens?” Questions from group are encouraged.
Junior Self Defense Classes
During Junior classes we discuss the difference between what we like to call “Playground defense” and “Bad Guy” defense. Playground defense is what is appropriate in a school setting.
